Niche Inspector Is Mighty Fine
So, I've been playing around a little with Niche Inspector. I think I like this tool. 
I've never really been a fan of keyword tools, all I've ever needed is Wordtracker and nothing else has really come close - I could never get my head around Keyword Elite for instance but then I guess that's for heavy Adwords users.
I'm all about the Virtual Real Estate, I love building sites on little hidden niches that I can leave to automatically bring in the cash or develop further with my own ebooks for example.
With Niche Inspector you can use the brainstorm function to get ideas and then filter down to find the most proftable niche within a niche.
Anything that means I have to do less thinking is a GOOD THING. So, Niche Inspector gets the thumbs up!

It seems Niche Inspector is based on Overture. Overture has not been updated in almost a year.
I wonder if there is any plan for upgrading the application and distributing it as an upgrade and as a new application.
In July, Myleena (the creator of Niche Inspector) added an alternative keyword database because as you rightly say Overture is not the database it used to be!
In fact, updates to Niche Inspector have been pretty regular since I purchased at the beginning of this year.
